Referrals: Tracking, Changes and Cancellations
NHS e-Referral Service (Choose & Book)
If you arranged your referral through the NHS e-Referral Service (Choose & Book) you will need to contact them to track your referral. You can book, change or cancel your appointment online. You can also call them on:

You will need your reference number (shown at the top of your appointment letter) and your password (which we have given you). If you have lost this information please contact the NHS e-Referral Service Helpline in the first instance.

MSK referrals
If the MSK Hub have not contacted you within 10 working days lease call MSK Hub Admin on the following number between 8:30am and 5:00pm.

An MSK Hub Admin Advisor will help you with any questions you may have about what is happening to your referral.
Other NHS referrals
If you are trying to find out about an appointment for a clinic or a test, e.g. a scan at a hospital, please contact the hospital directly to get further information.
Unfortunately, we do not have access to any hospital appointment dates or arrangements and we are now unable to chase these appointments on your behalf.
The main hospitals we use are the Oxfordshire University Hospital group, including the John Radcliffe, Churchill, Horton, and the Nuffield. Please use the links below to access information on these hospitals and also on how to check, amend or cancel an appointment:
