Urgent Calls only

Due to holiday staff availability this week within our Patient Services  are only able to take calls for urgent medical issues during the following times:

  • Monday 5pm – 6pm
  • Wednesday 12pm – 1pm
  • Wednesday 5pm – 6pm
  • Friday 2pm – 6 pm

(please note that our normal lunch time period is 1pm – 2pm where urgent calls can also only be taken)

To enable us to meet the high demand for minor illness issues that patients want to be treated the same day, patients are now required to use our online consultation tool called eConsult.  Here you can get specific advice on a medical issue, be directed to the best service for treatment or consult with your GP. Just go to our website and click on the link. It is quick and easy to use and is available 24/7.
