The Practice will continue to work its normal working hours over the festive period except for the Bank Holidays.
As some of our staff are also taking time off over this period to spend some well earned time with their families it does mean that routine appointments will be reduced at times to ensure we have sufficient GPs and staff available to ensure we are able to provide full Urgent Same Day cover.
We would ask that all patients consider whether their issue is Urgent before contacting either the Practice, NHS111 or attending A&E over the festive period due to the very high demand on our services at this time of year.
We will also need to minimise our phones during certain times over the next few weeks to Urgent Calls only, nominally between 11am and 3pm on the following dates:

All urgent same day issues should continue to be submitted through our online eConsult. If you have any routine questions then also please use our website to submit them. This way we can manage the high demand at this time of year.
