Following feedback from our patients, we’ve introduced two new telephone lines to help you and to reduce the pressure on our switchboard and Patient Services team.
One new line gives easy access to book Nurse and Health Care Assistant appointments and to call for test results; the other allows patients to leave a message for our Dispensary team, both without needing to go through the main switchboard.
For GP appointments please continue to call 01869 249222. You will not be able to book GP appointments through the new lines.
NURSE APPOINTMENTS AND TESTS RESULTS LINE
To book Nurse and Health Care Assistant appointments, please call 01869 362922 between 2pm and 5pm.
Your GP will contact you directly if you need a follow up appointment after having tests, however you can also request test results on this line. Please wait at least 10 days before calling for results.
DISPENSARY LINE
If you’d like to leave a message for our dispensary team, please call 01869 362944. You will be asked to leave a message with your name, contact number and query. Messages are checked twice each day and responded to within three working days.
Please do not use this number for prescription requests.
Repeat prescriptions can be left in person at the Dispensary counter or submitted online through Patient Access.
