Our phone lines are very busy and we’re asking you to think carefully about when to call the Surgery. Please call during the morning to book any on-the-day appointments or for other urgent issues. For everything else, such as enquiring about tests and vaccinations, please call us after 3pm weekdays.
This allows our patient co-ordinators to work most efficiently and will help to reduce the time you may need to wait on the line before your call is answered. We’re sorry if you’ve experienced delays.
Our staff are working very hard to meet all your health care needs at present but there can sometimes be staff illnesses, or a need to isolate, resulting in fewer people being available to carry out their duties. This is something we’re experiencing at Montgomery-House Surgery, which can also affect call response times.
If you are considering calling to ask about when you’ll be invited for your Covid-19 booster at the Bicester Vaccination Centre then please note that, in general, patients are being invited in the same order as for their second dose jabs. We’ll invite you to attend, via a text or call, when a booster jab is available to you.
