Practice Patient Boundary Map
To see if you’re in our practice boundary please view the maps below:
(Please ignore the drop down box message after select the post code, but check the maps below to where your “pin” is situated)
GREEN ZONE (Inner Boundary) – If your pin falls within the green area – You are in our Practice Area and can register with the practice.
GREY ZONE (Outer Boundary) – If your pin falls within the grey area – Only current patients of the Practice can remain registered with us in this area, new patients will need to register with a different practice..
OUTSIDE ZONE – If your pin falls outside both – You fall outside of our Practice Area. You’ll need to register with a different practice.
Please note that every care has been taken in the preparation of information on this Postcode Mapping Tool, however there may be instances where the Postcode Mapping Tool does not include your location even though it is within our Practice Boundary. An example of this may be new housing developments where the postcodes are not yet included on Google.
In these circumstances please check on the Practice map above for more details, or contact the Practice.
Since 2015 GP practices in England have been able decide to register new patients who live outside their practice boundary to improve convenience to patients who, for example, may work at some distance from home. Unfortunately due to the demand on our current services it has not been possible for the Practice to do this.
