We are a Parkrun Practice

What if there was one prescription that could prevent and treat dozens of diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension and obesity?

Exercise is a fantastic way to stay fit and healthy, and will also helps to treat many diseases.

As a Parkrun affiliated Practice we very much encourage our patients to participate and be involved.  It’s also a great social activity where you’ll meet lots of new friends. You’ll also see many of our GPs, Nurses and staff there each week both participating and acting as volunteers.

So join the Parkrun family for a 5km (3mile) walk, jog or run in Bicester every Saturday morning at 9am.

Suitable for all ages and abilities.

Bring your dog (on a lead) and exercise them at the same time.  If you have children – bring them too.  Many participants push their buggies around the park.

Worried about being last? – don’t worry, you are never last as their is always a volunteer sweeper, who will also offer great support

Still not sure? – come and watch to put your mind at rest.

So what’s stopping you?  The Parkrun family is here to welcome you.

(Later in 2019 Parkrun are aim to start a 2km Junior Parkrun on Sundays – more information to follow)
