11 October 2018 – PHONE UPGRADE – CALLBACK

We always aim to answer calls to the Practice as quickly as possible, and to ensure patients always get through to us, we introduced a new phone system a while ago that allows patients to be queued, as well as providing much better functionality for us to manage your calls.

At particular busy times we appreciate that this may mean being in the queue for a longer time. Therefore we have introduced CALLBACK to our phones.

So should the queue to speak to our Patient Services get too long, you will now be presented with the option for a Callback. Your place in the queue is maintained and as you near the front, we will call you back.

Therefore if you do opt for a Callback please ensure you keep stay close to your phone.
